Woodbury East, Irvine, California
Located in the Irvine Community of Woodbury East, the Santa Rosa “7-plex” condominiums by Van Daele Homes represented an innovative new residential product for the Irvine Company. Each Santa Barbara styled residential building houses seven units including two Carriage Houses over garages and fi ve one and two story condos. Mission Landscape Architecture designed the common areas, production landscape and park-like open space using a plant palette of Italian Cypress, Ligustrum and Bird of Paradise, appropriate to the theme and simple to maintain.
