Emaar Misr secured Mission Landscape to develop site analysis, concept design and design development plans which included design imagery, thematic sketches and material selection.

Located on the southern end of historical Las Vegas strip lies Tahiti Village Resort. This 27 acre hotel and timeshare property offers numerous amenities that accommodate every guest, including a sandy beach pool, lazy river, numerous water features, tiki torches, fi re pots, outdoor kitchens and lush tropical planting.

Marassi Yacht Club

Within the large master planned community of Marassi lies the Yacht Club marina and resort. Emaar Misr secured MLA to work closely with the design team to develop fresh new ideas and programming to attract the effluent guests in the geographic locale.

Fashion Valley Mall

San Diego, California

The redesign of Fashion Valley Mall recalls the understated elegance of an inviting garden. The project palette integrates a bold variety of earth tones, light and dark metals, glass and stone textures. Extensive awnings and trellises provide shading from direct sunlight and blend the indoor and outdoor spaces.


Irvine, California

Crossroads neighborhood center was re-imaged into a new Spanish Colonial shopping plaza. The central focus of the plaza is the gathering area accented by a grand refurbished fountain, along with new seating for dining and new lighting.

The Shops at Rossmoor

Seal Beach, California

This re-investment project of a strip mall built in the 1960’s creates a new lifestyle shopping and dining destination. The $35 million renovation includes demolition of the original mall and construction of five new retail buildings and parking on 8 acres.
