This re-investment project of a strip mall built in the 1960’s creates a new lifestyle shopping and dining destination. The $35 million renovation includes demolition of the original mall and construction of five new retail buildings and parking on 8 acres. MLA’s landscape design showcases the landmark Parasol building while providing contemporary lifestyle center amenities such as fountains, fire pits, and soft seating, creating enhanced visual appeal. The grand opening was in September 2007.
