MLA’s reinvestment of this Shea Properties’ project transformed Ocean Ranch Village retail center into one of South Orange County’s premier community shopping centers with more than 185,000 square feet of prime retail, dining, entertainment and office space. Improvements included the new Bed Bath & Beyond building and parking lot modifications, fountains, paving, contemporary site furnishings, landscape lighting, monumentation signage, and lush plantings throughout the overall project site. The center is anchored by Trader Joe’s, Regal Edwards Cinema, Pier 1 Imports, Aaron Brothers, 24 Hour Fitness, Savanah Chophouse and Fred’s Mexican Café. Access and visibility is excellent along Golden Lantern with ample surface parking and circulation.
