The 8001 Irvine Center office tower remains to be one of The Irvine Companies beacon high-rise office towers. The Irvine Company enlisted the talents of Mission Landscape Architecture to enhance the curb appeal and outdoor amenities of the property. New landscape design for this prominent office building adjacent to the popular Irvine Spectrum retail/entertainment center included the addition of palm-lined entries and a new garden courtyard for outdoor eating and gathering, These areas offer additional retreat spaces for employees and businesses within the complex. New pedestrian connections were added to the Spectrum and future parking structure.
